Joma Shop is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or connected to Jomashop.com, Jomashop Inc., or any similarly named retailer.

3. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 and authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Fragrance Information

We take reasonable steps to provide accurate fragrance names, sizes, concentrations, images and descriptions.

Packaging may change between production batches and distribution markets.

5. Brand Relationships

Third-party fragrance trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated, Joma Shop is not an authorized dealer or official representative of a fragrance manufacturer.

6. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily represent final acceptance.

We may cancel an order because of:

• Product unavailability;

• Failed payment authorization;

• Suspected fraud;

• Delivery restrictions;

• Incomplete customer information; or

• An obvious pricing error.

7. Payment

Payment must be authorized before fulfilment.

Payment providers may conduct fraud, identity and security checks.

Required delay, cancellation or refund options will be provided where applicable.

Discounts cannot normally be combined or exchanged for cash.
